As we expand our SAP Analytics practice towards modern Data Platforms, Data Products, and AI-ready architectures, we are looking for a senior leader who can combine strategic thinking, client leadership, and technology expertise. You will partner with senior business and technology stakeholders, guide complex transformation programs, and translate strategic objectives into tangible outcomes. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will build strong client relationships, provide direction to delivery teams, and help organizations unlock the value of their data landscape. Working closely with our leadership team, you will play a key role in growing our market presence, shaping our portfolio, and establishing Axxiome as a leading consulting partner for Data & AI transformation in the financial services industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business, technology, and leadership, and who is passionate about turning strategy into measurable impact."

YOUR DAILY WORK

Strategy & Practice Development
  • Drive the growth and strategic direction of Axxiome's Data & AI practice for Financial Services
  • Shape and expand our portfolio across SAP Analytics, Enterprise Data Platforms, Lakehouse architectures, Data Products, and AI
  • Translate market trends and client needs into innovative offerings, methodologies, and reusable assets

Client Leadership & Business Development
  • Own and grow executive relationships with clients across the German banking market
  • Advise senior business and technology stakeholders on data, analytics, and AI transformation strategies
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities while expanding strategic accounts
  • Act as a trusted advisor throughout complex transformation programs
  • Leverage your network and market presence to strengthen Axxiome's position and generate new opportunities

Transformation Leadership
  • Lead client workshops, strategy engagements, architecture assessments, and transformation roadmaps
  • Translate business, regulatory, and operational requirements into clear strategic and delivery decisions
  • Guide clients through Data Platform, Lakehouse, SAP Analytics, and Business Data Cloud transformation initiatives
  • Provide executive oversight for complex enterprise data and analytics programs

Delivery & Team Leadership

  • Provide direction and governance for international consulting and delivery teams across Germany, Poland, and Spain

  • Ensure successful delivery outcomes across scope, quality, budget, and client satisfaction

  • Act as the senior point of accountability and escalation for key client engagements

Practice Leadership & Market Presence

  • Lead strategic bids, proposals, and major pursuits

  • Mentor and develop senior consultants and future practice leaders

  • Represent Axxiome at client meetings, industry events, and market forums

  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and delivery excellence

Leadership & Client Impact

  • 10+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, or Technology Consulting, including senior client-facing leadership roles

  • Proven success in owning and growing strategic client relationships within Financial Services, ideally Banking

  • Track record of leading teams and complex engagements with accountability for client success, commercial outcomes, and delivery excellence

  • Experience winning, shaping, and leading strategic transformation initiatives


Business & Advisory Excellence

  • Trusted advisor to senior business and technology stakeholders, including executive-level decision makers

  • Strong ability to bridge business strategy, regulatory requirements, and technology transformation

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition, energy, and hunger to build and grow a business

  • Strong network within Financial Services, Data & AI, or the SAP ecosystem

Data & Technology Credibility

  • Ability to credibly lead conversations around modern Data & AI architectures and transformation strategies

  • Solid understanding of Enterprise Data Platforms, Data Governance, and the regulatory environment in Financial Services

  • Experience steering large-scale Data, Analytics, or Enterprise Platform transformations
