YOUR FIRST THREE MONTHS

FIRST MONTH
In your first month, you will immerse yourself in our company’s development processes, tools, and culture. You’ll get familiar with our frontend architecture, design systems, component libraries, and deployment pipelines. During this time, you’ll attend onboarding sessions, meet with cross-functional teams, and review existing codebases to understand our technical standards and user interface patterns. You’ll also begin contributing to small tasks or bug fixes to get hands-on with our workflows.

SECOND MONTH
In the second month, you’ll begin leading the implementation of new frontend features and improvements, collaborating closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers. You’ll participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and architecture discussions, bringing in your expertise to guide frontend decisions. You’ll also start identifying areas in the codebase for refactoring or performance optimization, and contribute to improving the development experience.

THIRD MONTH
By the third month, you will be fully embedded in the team and projects. You’ll drive technical discussions and actively shape the evolution of our frontend stack. At this stage, you’ll be contributing to long-term architectural planning, promoting best practices, and helping define standards for accessibility, performance, and maintainability. Your input will be crucial in ensuring our frontend solutions are scalable, user-friendly, and aligned with our product vision.
