You will develop programs and interfaces for core banking and payment solutions, and help customize credit and mortgage products. YOUR DAILY WORK

  • Develop and customize ABAP programs within the SAP CML environment
  • Extend standard functions via User Exits, BAdIs, and Enhancements
  • Design and implement interfaces to core banking, reporting, and payment systems
  • Develop reports and batch programs for credit processes
  • Support the customizing of credit products (e.g., mortgages, personal loans) and adjust credit conditions, repayment plans, and interest calculations
  • Integrate with SAP Banking Services, S/4 Finance, or non-SAP systems, and build interfaces for regulatory reporting, data warehousing, and credit decision solutions
  • Contribute with end-of-day processing
  • Depending on experience, advise clients on requirements, processes, and solution design in collaboration with the business units
  • Perform testing and quality assurance of developed solutions

PERFECT MATCH

  • Degree in (Business) Informatics, Mathematics, or a comparable qualification
  • At least 5 years of experience in ABAP OO development, debugging, and performance optimization in the financial industry
  • Solid knowledge of SAP CML processes, data models, tables, and customizing options
  • Good knowledge of system integration via IDoc, RFC, Webservices, or APIs
  • Solid practical experience with SAP BAdIs, User Exits, and Enhancements
  • Database skills in HANA and SQL
  • Basic understanding of SAP Banking Services
  • Knowledge of credit products such as mortgages and consumer loans, including related processes (creation, disbursement, repayment, collateral, interest, and amortization)
  • Excellent command of English
  • Strong communication skills for working closely with business departments
  • Willingness to travel and to occasionally work on-site at customer locations

Together with your coach and teammates, you’ll quickly grow familiar with processes, tools, and best practices. Step by step, you’ll take ownership of customizing credit and mortgage products, building interfaces, and supporting projects. In close collaboration with colleagues and clients, you’ll contribute to creating innovative solutions that make a real impact.
