YOUR FIRST THREE MONTHS

FIRST MONTH
In your first month, you will immerse yourself in Axxiome’s development processes, tools, and culture. This period includes getting to know our SAP development lifecycle, understanding our core banking modules and ABAP frameworks, and familiarizing yourself with existing programs, reports, and interfaces. You’ll attend onboarding sessions, meet with development, functional, and QA teams, and begin reviewing existing ABAP code and system configurations to identify areas for optimization and improvement.

SECOND MONTH
In the second month, you will start developing and enhancing ABAP programs, interfaces, and custom solutions. Working closely with functional consultants, architects, and QA members, you will contribute to ongoing projects, ensuring technical solutions meet business requirements. You will participate in design discussions, code reviews, and testing activities, and start assisting with troubleshooting and resolving defects. Building strong relationships with cross-functional teams and contributing to process improvement discussions will be key during this stage.

THIRD MONTH
By the third month, you will be fully integrated into the development workflow, actively leading technical tasks such as ABAP development, performance optimization, and system integration. You will begin proposing improvements to existing ABAP programs, ensuring new functionalities are robust and aligned with business requirements. Your contributions will include refining development standards, mentoring junior developers, and participating in retrospectives to drive continuous improvement. By this stage, you will be setting goals for your role to maximize impact on Axxiome’s digital banking solutions, positioning yourself as a key technical contributor to ongoing success.
