You'll immerse yourself in the day-to-day operations, acquainting yourself with our finance procedures and company culture. SECOND MONTH
During the second month, your focus will shift towards building strong relationships both within the company and with external stakeholders. You'll collaborate closely with department heads, understanding their unique needs and preferences to streamline PMO support. Additionally, you may start delving into more complex tasks such as PMO coordination, contributing to the efficient functioning of our finance and projects infrastructure.

THIRD MONTH
By the third month, you'll have established yourself as an indispensable team member, forging deeper bonds with your colleagues and demonstrating your ability to handle various responsibilities effectively. You'll have already made valuable contributions to enhancing office efficiency and may have taken the lead on specific projects or initiatives. As you near the completion of your onboarding process, you'll engage in the organization's objectives, solidifying your role as a vital asset to our company's success
