Large scale Agile programs – an oxymoron?

In today’s fast-changing and increasingly competitive market, agility and efficiency are essential traits of organizations that want to remain successful. With these traits at the core of the Agile philosophy, it is of no surprise that more and more organizations are converting to Agile implementation approaches, for small projects or large scale transformations.
However, the Agile approach is also known to introduce some challenges and misconceptions. In this paper, we address those challenges and misconceptions, and provide our recommendations on how to avoid these missteps and run a successful Agile implementation.
