Axxiome Appoints Thomas Becher as Head of Digital Banking and Co-Head of Axxiome Europe
Axxiome is pleased to announce the appointment of Thomas Becher as Head of Digital Banking and Co-Head of the Business Unit Axxiome Europe, effective August 1, 2025. Thomas joins Axxiome with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, bringing deep expertise in digital banking transformation, banking processes, and strategic consulting.
Prior to joining Axxiome, Thomas held senior leadership roles, most recently serving as Head of SME Banking at SAP Fioneer, where he was instrumental in building and scaling the global SME banking practice. His work spanned the development of go-to-market strategies, regional brand initiatives, and leadership of cross-functional teams focused on product positioning and innovation.
At Axxiome, Thomas will be responsible for advancing our digital banking services across the European market. His leadership will focus on delivering next-generation banking technologies, driving customer-centric transformation initiatives, and supporting financial institutions as they modernize core operations and customer engagement.
