Banks are under pressure to modernize, but many cannot replace everything at once. If core and digital channels move forward while teller workflows stay fragmented, the branch becomes a weak point in the transformation. Axxiome’s partnership with UST FinX gives banks a practical way to include branch operations in modernization plans while keeping disruption and integration effort under control. For banks, this means a clearer way to improve branch execution while continuing to use existing systems. Teller workflows across cash, cheque, payments, FX, reporting, customer service, and device interactions can be included in modernization programmes instead of remaining a separate operational gap. The joint approach supports phased modernization, coexistence with legacy environments, and reusable integration across banking capabilities. This helps banks reduce disruption, avoid duplicated integration effort, and create more consistent operations across core, digital, and physical channels.
