Axxiome and Mascoma Technologies have entered into a partnership to help financial institutions upgrade core-connected systems while maintaining uninterrupted customer access during planned transitions.
The companies have started their first joint project with Mascoma Bank, combining Axxiome Digital Branch and Teller with Mascoma Technologies’ Stratum orchestration layer for real-time data access and BankOps’ automation framework to maintain customer access throughout the transition. The deployment is designed to streamline in-branch operations, increase teller efficiency, and deliver a consistent, intuitive experience for users and customers.
Axxiome’s role is to simplify front-line work with Axxiome Digital Branch and Teller, so teams serve faster today while the bank retains flexibility for tomorrow.
