How do we recruit?


The recruitment process depends on the position you are applying for. Typically, the interview is led by HR and business people. At this stage we try to get to know you and determine a fit within the organization. During the interview you’ll be asked about your relevant experience and knowledge for the position that you are applying for. Additionally, you might be asked to complete a knowledge test, demonstrate your language capabilities, conduct a presentation or participate in the personality and competency test.
