Director, Digital Banking Consulting (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

Reports directly to the Head of Europe and is responsible for digital banking consulting activities in the DACH region, especially for the digital transformation consulting and for business consulting. The Director is responsible for business development and key account management activities, Axxiome digital banking business strategy, design of digital banking architecture and profit & loss.

Formulation and establishment of Axxiome digital banking consulting strategy
Responsibility for profit & lost management, profit center and project levels
Business Development and Key Account Management
Project Planning & Monitoring
Lead and be involved in Technical Transformation, Digital Banking and Business Consulting projects
Build a team of consultants cross boarder and act as a people manager
Involvement in hiring process, employee integration and coaching

Requirements

Masters’ degree in Business Administration (Banking) or proven track record in relevant banking areas
15 years of banking and/or consulting banking industries experiences focus on digital banking
Strong track record of Business Development and in gaining new & existing accounts
10 years of banking architecture & digital banking projects as project or program manager
SAP Banking or S/4 know how (nice to have)
Senior Leaderships Skills (Project management, communication, decision making, strategic influence, empathy)
Ability to develop strong relationships both internally and externally and turn into business
Result oriented and creates an inspiring & productive working atmosphere
