Team Leader of Application Management Services 
Location: Poland

- Expansion of AMS and Support Department in Axxiome
- Determination and optimization of AMS solutions and processes
- Pro-active support of customers systems solving defects, issues
- Develop change request solutions, business blueprints and decision memos for business - and IT-related topics
- Management of service-level projects
Requirements:
- Professional experience in SAP-based Application Management Services
- Experience in service or support departments (incident/problem management)
- Knowledge in one of the following SAP solutions: Business Partner, Deposits Management, Loans Management, Collateral Management, Payments, SAP Insurance (This could be functional or ABAP development knowledge)
- SAP Solution Manager and/or other trouble ticket tool know-how
- Team coordination skills and customer-orientation
- English and German command minimum at communicative level
