SAP FICO Functional Consultant

Job Description:

We are looking SAP FICO Consultant for our projects at international customers. You will be analyzing and optimizing the organization and business processes of our customers. Depending on your role in the project at the customer site you will take on the following tasks:

Advise our customers in strategic issues they are facing
Provide end-to-end business process guidance and solution definition for the configuration and gap development on SAP FICO
Together with the customer you analyze business requirements and processes with the aim of creating solutions tailored to the needs of the customer
Develop solutions, business blueprints and decision memos for business- and IT-related topics
Creation of test concepts, quality assurance and software testing

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, works as part of a team, is able to proactively accept responsibility, and focused to reach goals which generate an immediate benefit for the customer.

A Consultant has 1-3 years of relevant experience on the special subjects (SAP FICO) or 2-4 years of experience in similar SAP areas (like SAP Insurance, CFM, Treasury, Real Estate).
Strong experience in architecting and delivering complex SAP FICO enterprise solutions for global organizations.
Experience with SAP ECC 6.0, NW 2004s or 7.1, and BW 7.0.
Knows the relevant SAP module and can take over and solve task assigned to him by Senior project
member.
Is supporting in Customer Workshops or Design Definition working together with a Senior advisor.
Can execute complex customizing task upon guidance of a Senior Consultant.
A Senior Consultants prepares project planning and controlling reports to the project leadership and attends relevant project governance meetings in his area of responsibility.
Expert in SAP ECC 6.0 solutions: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, New General Ledger, Controlling (CO), Profitability Analysis and Treasury Modules.
Preference will be given to consultants have experience in ICM (Incentive Compensation Management) and RBD (Reserved for Bad Debts) SAP modules
Experience on at least Two implementation as an SAP FICO consultant
2+ years in application of SOA principles to extensive customer application extensions
5+ years SAP experience
Excellent industry and business process know-how in the banking industry
Relevant academic degree (bank management, computer science, economics, business informatics)
Experience as a consultant in a consulting company or with banking/financial services companies are desirable
Fluent in English, knowledge of another European language is an advantage
Willingness to travel 5 days a week
