As a result, these new services have widened Axxiome’s portfolio and the following service products have become part of Axxiome’s regular offerings:

• Application Management Services (AMS) for vertical SAP solutions dedicated to the financial industry, including services related to system and application servicing, and tailored to the individual needs of Axxiome’s customers. The services comprise in particular:
  • on-going supervision and maintenance of systems (remote or “on-site” sustaining of the customers’ systems)
  • nearshore and remote support activities,
  • application development and enhancement (customization, extension and modification of the SAP system) to meet the market requirements and customers’ needs.
• Remote Services, i.e. the services under which implementation projects as well as development work and projects are carried out.

Apart from the English language, the services are rendered in German, Spanish and Polish.

Axxiome’s Nearshoring Hub now complies with all infrastructure, technological and functional requirements that enable provision of these services and refer among others to office and hardware equipment as well as secure and high speed network connections.
To assure a high level of service, project methodologies and procedures dedicated to AMS and support have been implemented and all Axxiome employees have been trained on their application. An external audit confirmed the readiness and high standards of the service offering in Axxiome’s Nearshoring Hub in Poland with regard to data security, confidentiality, integrity as well as accessibility.

We had several interesting talks about our Advanced Banking Platform with partners as well as interested customers who were keen to explore where such a ready-to-deploy system could be used. 

This year a Live Theater stage was introduced to the congress which enabled partners to have interactive sessions with the audience and Axxiome had a slot were Markus Winter presented how the experience of a successful Loans Management implementation project could be used to perfection a model bank system which in turn can become a base for a cloud computing offering.

The next challenge is now to follow up all those leads into sales opportunities and win new customers and projects so by 2012 we are ready for the next SAP for Banking congress.

This year the XI CL@B Congress focused on Innovation and Progress in the Latin American Financial Sector and took place from 17^th to 19^th August 2011 in the Congress & Convention Center in Cartagena de Indias – Colombia.

Clients and prospects visited our booth and also attended the cocktail meeting hosted by Axxiome at Café del Mar located at the top of the wall that surrounds the charming historical district of Cartagena, where everyone had the opportunity to discuss specific business needs in a relaxed and comfortable environment.

MLS is a financial institution with more than 100 years in the Mexican market, with focus in the retail sector, with 180 agencies present in 12 states and an annual growth of 30%.

This represents a great step forward in the development of our Mexican subsidiary and the starting point for positioning Hartter and 4X4 solutions in the Latin American financial services market.

The joint team will take a leading role for SAP Banking Service Delivery not only for the countries in that region (Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Paraguay, Uruguay) but also will be able to impact immediately in the strategic market in Brazil.

By providing its special knowledge about SAP Loans Management solution gained in the globally unique productive SAP Banking Service 6.0 – Loans Management in a public Bank in the South Cone Region, Accucore will also increase Axxiome Groups Service excellence in other regions.
